Modernization and expansion of the office building with complex of specialized laboratories. The modernization works of the existing " LIPSK " building were carried out during everyday work of the facility. They insisted of the exchange of the entire façade and the modernization of the internal part of the building with an underground garage for 17 cars and newly built laboratory and office building and two-level underground garage for 100 cars.
